Charlotte was very kind and listened to all our requests (and changes) she guided us through the process with great respect for our Mum. She made the whole process much easier.
Charlotte looked after my Mum with such care when we went to visit, she gave us space but was there if we needed her.
Sam was lovely on the day making sure everyone knew what to expect. Mum's great-grandson Harry wanted to touch the coffin and the staff all made this happen for him.
Thank you to everyone at K & S for making a difficult and sad day much more bearable.
