They were respectful, patient, empathetic, understanding, compassionate and caring. They never tried to persuade us with anything other than what we asked for. 24hours before the funeral we asked to change a song and they sorted this with no fuss.
The staff at the funeral were professional and again very respectful and understanding. There was a moment when my mum walked over before we carried my dad in and all the staff quietly took a step back and allowed her some privacy. This was so touching and it was these little things which can go un noticed which meant alot. Jack was lovely throughout and made sure my dads racing helmet was placed on the coffin during the service, he then ensured this was brought back with them so we didn't need to worry.
I hope I don't need to use Kemp & Stevens again for a long time but if and when the time comes, I will not hesitate to contact them.
