Robin was really helpful, especially when our desired crematorium had no availability and he quickly got us booked elsewhere that met our timeframe. We really liked the quality of the Order of Service, both the printing and the thickness of the card. We were given lots of advice and suggestions, which helped us to make the right choices for the day. The whole process was all made easy and stress free.

We were really pleased with everything from the initial phone call to how the funeral went on the day. I would recommend Kemp and Stevens.

We used Kemp and Stevens for my dads funeral and they were outstanding. From the very first meeting with Mark and then with Chloe who was our main contact. They were respectful, patient, empathetic, understanding, compassionate and caring. They never tried to persuade us with anything other than what we asked for. 24hours before the funeral we asked to change a song and they sorted this with no fuss.

The staff at the funeral were professional and again very respectful and understanding. There was a moment when my mum walked over before we carried my dad in and all the staff quietly took a step back and allowed her some privacy. This was so touching and it was these little things which can go un noticed which meant alot. Jack was lovely throughout and made sure my dads racing helmet was placed on the coffin during the service, he then ensured this was brought back with them so we didn't need to worry.

I hope I don't need to use Kemp & Stevens again for a long time but if and when the time comes, I will not hesitate to contact them.

We've used Kemp and Stevens now on 4 occasions and they have been kind and respectful. They listened to our requests for simplicity and never tried to persuade us otherwise. I wouldn't go anywhere else, but hopefully I won't need to for a long time! I agree with another reviewer that Charlotte in the office has been prompt and efficient.

From the first contact with Charlotte at Kemp and Stevens in Alton they were fantastic. They guided us through the whole funeral process, acting with great knowledge and respect throughout. They made what was a difficult time much easier, nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them agin.

Stepping into unknown territory organising a funeral for the first time was daunting, but unbeknownst to me, I had no need to be worried at all. The Kemp and Stevens team in Alton were nothing short of exceptional from my very first telephone call. I felt at ease from the start, being guided through a very sad and difficult time.

I am struggling to find the words to describe how amazing young Becky was when my Dad was taken into K & S's care, she gave my Mum and I the reassurance we needed, Becky's whole persona was so kind, respectful and caring, she is a master of perfection within her role.

When it came to the formality of paperwork, Mark was personable and super efficient. He is professional, but also has a genuine, gentle way about him which is so welcome at a time such as this.

My Father wanted a direct cremation with no service, we were able to easily adhere to his request. I am so very glad I chose a local Funeral Directors, K & S cannot be beaten on personal touch, efficiency, care, professionalism, and dare I mention, price.
